Highly recommened for family travelers

Hotel was big. I really enjoyed big pool. Room was also very spacious. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Recommened for family travelers. Location was good because it was close with Kuta beach and some of shopping malls. I can walk around Jalan Kartika Plaza.

Amazing resort! I would have stayed a week easily, amazing room so beautiful clean and tidy, breakfast buffet with heaps of options, pool huge and fresh Staff caring 10/10 I recommend!

Near the beach

So much to state, firstly when I got there then man at desk stated to us if we dirty sheets or not use the kettle right we will get charged however when going into the room it was really clean and the microwave smelled of curry and dirty inside and overall experience was a big fat disappointment really but the stuff besides the desk staff where amazing tho I noticed so many customers ( mostly Indian ) was highly highly rude to them and it seems it is normal in this hotel for them to do so - the food was a disappointment too One of the biggest problems was the very bad smell of poo and that kinda smells in room and outside room - Very VERY disappointed

A decent place for a short stay closer to the airport on a budget.

Helpful and kind staff. Great location, close to airport, good for the night flying in/out.

Room and building dated, in need of renovation. It gave the impression of being unclean because walls, doors and cabinets desperately need renovating.
