    Location showing beside the sea beach, but its 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, The building needs maintenance, everywhere you will face at the bathroom at the living room at an electric point and supply along with backup everywhere needs proper care. But the staffs are very gentle and their services are quite good.
    I paid 950/- for nonac double bedrooms. Its too much for that kind of room.

    Hotel is close to the beach. For low budget it is okay
    1. The check out time is 6.30 am. Anything extra we need to pay half 2. Found cockroach, no hose in bathroom 3. No power back up, frequent power failure result no sleep in the night 4. The fan sound is abnormal

    Accommodative and friendly staff, accepted to my request for extension of 2 more nights at the same price...this property is near to baliapanda lighthouse... beach is of walkable distance...just around 200-300 meters
    locality is a bit crowdy with houses in a zigzag fashion, i needed to ask for a towel and a soap which should have been provided proactively, same goes with housekeeping.

    Overall a good place to stay if you are looking for a Guest House.
    The room size was good. Room was full of light and airy. 200 mtr from sea beach. You can take a bath in the sea avoiding the crowd in swargadwar market. It has things what you can expect from a "Guest House". So it will be unfair if anyone compares it with a hotel. Guest House staff helps in arranging for the auto whenever you need it. The auto fare is good and you do not have to bargain with autowallas. Overall it is a good stay if you are looking for a Guest House.
    Shower was not working in the bathroom. Constructive feedback: 1. We booked a standard room but there was no fan regulator. This was not at all expected. 2. No geyser in bathroom. I travelled with a 3yr old kid, so we expected this one. 3. My expectation was geyser should be there on each floor.
