    There was a lot of miscommunication with staff members. We were unable to eat at the resorts restaurant because few staff memebers told us we didnt need a reservation when all along we did.

    I liked the beach and the overall layout of the resort
    The food was cold if you didnt get it fresh off the grill , the staff wasnt the friendliest and made it seem like we were bothering them

    Convenient access to the beach.
    I could not use my balcony for fear of being splashed by mystery water running from a drain pipe above. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and asked that my room be fumigated, so they left a can of Raid in the room, which worked out because I had to use it for, what looked like small ants, infesting a corner of the closet and other small bugs in the bathroom. I fell like I should be compensated for my exterminator services. Also, there was a stomach virus going around the resort, which I caught, but there were no warnings to take extra precaution. Someone with this virus must have had to stop in a community restroom because the smell emitting from that space made one patron turn around to skip breakfast. Overall, the food was mediocre, so she didnt miss much.
