Very nice and pleasant city to visit. It was over charging made our experience a little tamed!

The hotel is new and has good location in relation to the lake. I think the BF is very decent.

I am not sure why they charged me Euro 1800 for two rooms. I booked an extra room at euro 300 + euro 600 for the deluxe suites. Perhaps they charged the extra euro 600 for early check in but we were on the rush so did not look at the bill.

Excellent! Thank you!

The fact that spa can be entered as of 14h on the day of check-in. The fact that i could check-out 30min to 45 min later. And especially, that i had a room with a lake - it was a partial view but still magnificent! Thank you! Thank you for everything- as I am leaving in Geneva, I am looking to my next stay with you very soon.
