Superb

Comfortable aparthotel with friendly staff and a convenient location.

Caring staff who really went the extra mile. There was some confusion about whether breakfast was included in my rate (it was but initially I wasn't given breakfast vouchers), but it was efficiently and politely resolved. One receptionist helped us order late night snacks and was just so friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, if a bit on the dark side, and perhaps in need of a little updating. The window to the balcony does not open, which is a shame. The French concession is just about walkable from here, which I enjoyed.

Breakfast is pretty limited, albeit also a bargain if you do have to pay for it. Westerners, especially, may be disappointed with the very limited options. However, the coffee is decent.

Strongly reccomend.

Top tier location for a reasonable rate. 10 mins away by fast walk from XTD Style. Best choice for first time comers or experienced visiters. Rooms are cleaning on daily basis until you switch on dnd button, delivery robots in the lobby will bring your goods or samples or delivery food just whatever right to your doorstep in no time no need to bother visiting lobby! Atelier Colognier is a good choice for bath condinments, gets my personal thumbs up on this. Great Mexican restaurant on 6th floor!

Nothing to mention. Everything was good or better than expected.

Prime location and unbeatable value for money

Prime location, walking distance to Xintiandi, People's Square and East Nanjing Rd.. A short bike ride to Yu Garden and the Bund. Room has some wear and tear but in general pretty clean. High quality toiletries are provided. Packages and other goods are delivered by robots (pretty fun). The staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again next time.

The place was very nice, everything was convenient (including table and chair for the remote work), the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not very various but quite good. Thanks!

Disappointing

Great apartment, terrible food.

The room was great and facilities fine. Location was good for shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

The breakfast was terrible. Essentially inedible. The sausages and synthetic bacon were not edible and the scrambled eggs dry and rubbery. The boiled eggs had been cooked as tea eggs. Fruit choice very limited. Cereals restricted to high sugar fruit loops or chocolate flavoured wheetoes. The oils and butters had a nasty taste.

A spacious and comfortable property. Would recommend for long stay and self catering. Very friendly staff

Spacious and well equipped. In-room kitchen and laundry facilities. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In-house Mexican restaurant is good.

Breakfast was plentiful but western food options limited and not great.
