    I did not like the staff charging for the tea at dinner time. If I may suggest to provide the guests the opportunity to
    reception people were very nice. Other staff need really to have to know some English the communication was really hard especially with maintenance people
    The bathroom need hooks for towels. The shower heads need to be more flexible to aim down. It was going up and down put the head was not aiming down.

    We upgrade the room because standard room was not nice and we got nice suite room on top floor
    We don't like extra pay for beach towels 150 TL Extra pay for sunbeds and beach bar We had all inclusive but whatever you want u must pay extra for everything its bad

    the booking was for All Inclusive, double room with side/sea view, on arrival was given room 112 on the first floor
    the central location near the beach shops and bars, large rooms, cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding changed, staff friendly and helpful at all times
    on arrival was given a room overlooking trees with NO sea view, was able to change rooms when one became available 3 days laternot ideal. this was the second visit to this hotel we found the food to be warm from the hot counters, soups were warm although improved the second week. lunch and dinner menu very repetitive

    Friendly staff, nice room with beautiful view. Perfect location, many restaurants nearby. Great massage.
    Food was almost the same but not too bad. Sunbeds for a fee. We waited 40min for a taxi to the airport :(
