Very good

The design of the place is quit lovely and beautiful. It give a nice view for family photo. There also a pool for adult and kids (quite big also)

The location whichc is far from towns and cities where it is located in a palm plantation that has only one way in and out plus there is no internet available in the room need to go down at the dining area to have a coverage internet.

You can do it. Focus on the few things ... clean (you have it) add the smile to the service.

unique environment. rooms were clean and tidy. clogged water drainage was immediately attended to. decided to book another night 22nd to 23rd August. value for money.

can improve by 1. keeping room glass windows clean externally which will enhance the room decor. 2. training staff who are doing their work diligently to smile and acknowledge customers. These will certainly give the hotel top rating!! Another class!

Disappointing

Will repeat to go for swimming however never stay again sorry

Swimming pool and the garden is amazing and nice Hotel view to mountain and durian orchard so calm and relax Never left a single shoot behind Thank you so much for the great idea to built resort there So good to take photo since in Raub no place has garden and pool like this Very Near to town and food easy to access just outside the village

Kids swimming pool got many of sand and not clean well Aircond not cold Door sound is noisy Bed also not stable and got sound when you move Channel tv is difficult to find Staff difficult to understand Malay and english also not friendly accept one Chinese auntie .shes kind and helpful There are so many dog and play at the garden and come near to us There are many insect in toilet may be it come from palmoil tree
