    A magical relaxing day where we really felt the benefit of the effort that staff put in to meet our every need.
    Clean and spacious with such care taken on seasonal decorations. Truly wonderful dining areas and lots of space to relax.
    Pool showers (female) were tepid .

    Disappointing and not value for money
    Good gym facilities.
    The shower drainage system was broken and no refund or reduction in cost was offered which was not very good service for a five star hotel. Salad portions for dinner were small (90 charged for 1 couples meal in the casual dining restaurant) and the toast for breakfast was a like a cheap Hovis loaf with cold butter at the side - would expect sourdough given the cost. Cutting corners it would seem which is disappointing.

    Fantastic, had a great time. The loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in.
    Fabulous room, very spacious with Molton Brown toiletries.. Great Spa facilities, very relaxing. The whole property is beautiful, very comfortable and luxurious. and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection.

    An Opulent Stay
    The room was fantastic and met all expectations of a venue like this The breakfast at the 3AA Rosette Orangery Restaurant was fantastic, as expected, and the service was equally excellent. In the evening there is also a Cocktail Bar open to guests even if they are not dining at the restaurant. The Clubhouse Restaurant we ate at for Dinner was also very nice with great menu options. The SPA facilities were absolutely fantastic.
    Not a great deal of drinks/refreshments were available in the mini-fridge & coffee machine was not set up when we arrived. Some of the lighting controls in our room appeared to be out-of-order. Very small disappointments overall and certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of our trip.

    Excellent service with beautiful surrounding, amazing staff. The festive season came early,
    good communication with staff. Loved the views from room (18). The food was first class The room was warm and comfortable and quiet.
    Room 18, the toilet seat was loose, there was no toilet brush (did not want to leave an embarrassing mess). The drinks cabinet was not clean. The wooden surround had chips taken out of the edges . The glass cover on the make-up area was marked and dirty. The door going out of the hotel reception area to the clubhouse when opening jammed causing a near miss to my head from being struck although a staff member did say it was down to be repaired.
