Requested first floor before check in and didnt get. Second floor difficult for senior.

Room updated. Maid excellent. HVAC good.

People next door extremely loud. (Walls too thin) No bathroom shelves by the sink to put toiletries. No elevator. No real coffee available in the room.

FRONT Desk was horrible , not helpful bad attitude gives you a bad taste when you arrive . If I can give a 0 I would . Also False advertising NO free breakfast NO coffee.

Very good

Convenient and economical: I will return.

Welcome was warm: staff attentive and kind. The room was clean in spite of the facility being an older building. We always had a place to park. The linens were plentiful. The beds were comfortable.

The water pressure in the sink was fairly weak. The shower, however, was fine pressure.

Excellent place for sleeping while in Saint Augustine. Better if you have a car.

Clean Room, Comfortable bed, my wife suffers from back pains and was able to sleep well. You get a small refrigerator, Microwave and coffee machine. Thay have a pool, but we did not use it. Enough places to park your car, open places. We visited starting December.

They do not have breakfast option, it would be a plus. But we knew it when we reserved.

It was a good stay.

It was a good location.

We were assigned a room on the second floor. My wife and I are 74 and 75 respectfully. I would have been nice to have a first floor room. The steps were narrow for us older folks to go up and down.

They try hard but fee is high for the property level its ok to stay as it is clean
