    Great location - walking distance from Termini and the historic center. The room is very clean, comfortable bed, quality pillows. The host is extremely caring and always available. A big advantage - you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. A pleasant surprise - bottles of water and a bottle of wine. Excellent value for money! Thanks to the host for making our stay in Rome smooth and pleasant!

    Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Great shower! Friendly and helpful host. Coffee and croissant for breakfast in a local restaurant was lovely... Good location to bars, restaurants. Termini train station minutes walk. I would have no hesitation staying again.
    It was just a tad noisy in our room from outside traffic

    A great stay in a great location
    The room was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed . The staff are friendly & helpful . The location is great . The gifted bottle of wine a lovely gesture .
    No complaints except tea/coffe pods (& water )provided , but no milk so was sadly unable to have any. The bathroom is very tiny if you like space in there ( didnt bother us)

    We stayed one night in the Colosseum room.Very convenient to Rome Termini.There is a lift up to room.Accommodation was comfortable and very clean.Maximillion the host was very helpful.Plenty of places to eat nearby, the area looks run down but we felt safe . Great value for money would recommend for short stay
