    AVOID THIS PROPERTY LIKE THE PLAGUE! CHARGED MY CARD 1300 FOR DAMAGE AND SEND ME A PHOTO OF SOME ASH IN THE GRASS AND A DAMP CEILING!!

    very dissapointing stay due to MASS TOURISM
    Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is well appointed.
    The hotel was crawling with one or two busloads of very loud tourists. Our room was surrounded by these group tourists and we were very much inconvenienced by this. Also the restuarants were overcrowded with this group and dinner was unpleasantly loud. It made our stay very unpleasant. Definitely not a 5* experience. Booking management should have tried to segregate the tourist group from the private travellers. We booked a junior suite hoping to have a romantic time and it turned into a very unpleasant stay. We checked out at 07:00 instead of enjoying the hotel's facilities!

    housekeeping and roomservice are not very good
    good location and big apartment
    laundry and room service are not very good. I left my laundry with paper for 2 days noone take it . I asked housekeeping and they said we are coming but they didn't come to pick it up. I left food trolley food 24 hours noone come to take it out. also when we came back to the hotel we found our room not clean and no towels. they should clean rooms and change towels every day but they didn't.
