    Very lovely place with kind staff.
    It looks great and clean. The staff were friendly.
    It was noisy early in the morning when the housekeeping started.

    Average (but clean) hotel and not really a four star.
    It was clean and modern.
    Room was far too hot. Air con turned off for winter so only option was to open the window to all of the street noise

    The rooms are only given the appearance of luxury. A place far from quality. The entrance of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are not as high quality and beautiful as they seem. Only the location of the hotel was nice. A good option to see tourist attractions.

    Overall it is a lovely hotel for its price with great location and clean rooms !
    Great location, clean and new hotel, our room was upgraded for free upon arrival.
    We were not able to open a window because of the very loud conditioning system outside. Though we fully paid before our arrival, we were asked to give our credit card details as an insurance during check-in (for what exactly no one explained), this was weird.

    Had a pleasant 3-night getaway
    The interior is nicely designed and the place was clean. It's around a 20min walk from Termini which is doable to take the train to/from Fiumicino without having to pay for taxi. The area is nice and safe with several other expensive hotels around which is pleasant to take a walk before going to bed or grabbing a drink if you're in the mood for something festive. Mattress and pillows are not the most comfortable but other than that, the room is very nice.

    Comfortable accommodation in handy location; definitely excellent value.
    Breakfast was very good with a wide range of savory and sweet selections available. The staff were very helpful and were more than happy able to accommodate our requests and answered any queries we had and provided useful suggestions of places to dine. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.
    Coffee could be better but a minor quibble,
