    Altogether a lovely stay.
    It is old world charm with friendly staff, I will certainly consider staying here again. It was a beautiful day in Stellenbosch and having a lovely place like this made it great. Coming home after a long supper in a hot venue was nice, in the clewan swimming pool.

    The manager is adorable and she tries to help all the time. Its a beautiful house with quality antique furniture, huge bedrooms, swimming pool and reading room

    Neat old hotel - in a great location to wander around Stellies
    Neat to stay in this very old home that was converted to accommodations, it is in a good location with lots within walking distance in Stellenbosch. Staff was friendly allowed us to store bags before our room was available and also on our departure allowed use to use the facilities. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but also of course dated as it is an older building,
    Nice that they have a pool, but also was very cold so didn't get to use it. Had some bugs which I understand is normal in stellies/SA - although room was clean.

    Had a lovely stay with a good hearty breakfast and friendly company!
    It was a lovely guesthouse with a really nice, old cosy environment while maintaining modern facilities.

    Lovely historic house, lofts are spacious and bathrooms are clean.
    The hotel is in a lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable and green. We enjoyed its proximity to some wine estates.
    The parking lot was quite congested, however, the hotel staff informed us that they were upgrading the facilities.

    nice stay but needed some improvements
    lovely property & the staff were super friendly
    could have done with a bigger pool & a bar. our room had a terrace and the balcony ledge wasnt connected on one side so a bit dangerous and one of the steps was super wobbly. our bath was also stained on the bottom and the water that came out was brown
