Amazing place, but could use a friendly face

Beautifully decorated, lovely facilities, lots of space and they had everything there we needed. We enjoyed our new year there

When you go to a hotel, you would hope to be greeted with a friendly smile from the host. Maybe they were having a bad day or didn't want to be there, but the concierge was a bit unfriendly and found their customer service to be sorely lacking. I dealt with them on the phone prior to arriving and love to be friendly with others. They weren't really of the same mindset I guess and we felt very unwelcome when we came in to check in. Overall, a great stay. Perhaps others won't care about being greeted by a friendly person.

My stay was amazing.

I liked everything, the location, the staff, the decor, cleanliness, high end appliances, quiet, amenities. The room I stayed in was fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and all just like home. Really clean. Nice restaurants, lounges, and tons of places to go.

Where to begin? The location is beautiful. You have to park up the street at a very well-lit parking lot, but it's a short walk, not a problem. The room/apartment was amazing, clean, spacious, street and water view, and a comfortable bed and linen. I could go on and on. The staff is top notch! First class in every way.

The only thing I can think of is the lack of vending, but it will be coming soon so that won't be an issue. I'll take my snacks, etc. the next time

I loved it!!

Its smell really good the room was clean and comfortable. The host at the front desk was nice and helpful. Good choice.

Shower water was not hot.

The property was very clean and smelled amazing! The decor made me feel like I was in a hallmark movie. I loved the location and the fact that there was always security patrolling the area.
