Good value

Rose's place is close to the metro station, supermarket, pharmacy and bakeries. She's a very kind and helpful host. Even without speaking English she gave me all the information and advice for a good stay in Paris.

It can be a bit noisy because the window is not soundproof.

She was so friendly and kind, every morning she offered coffe and cookie, the place was calm and super tidy. Definitely if I come back to Paris I will stay here.

The host Rose and the location! Morning espressos with small bread she gave was great. Each person can have a towel and slippers without being charged. Each bed has light and three sockets. The room has wardrobe with hangers and a table. She speaks French, Chinese, and Korean. Bathroom and shower room was clean. Theres a kitchen that has three chairs.

The sound mosquito flying at night.

VERY Disappointed - Dangerous & smelly

Close to Metro (be prepared to carry you bag up many stairs)

EVERYTHING! (see pictures) I don't know how or why this place has a high rating - it FOOLED me! 1. The frill covered toilets stank of urine. 2. I couldn't stand up in my room (I am 177cm) 3. I could not carry my bags up the 3 flights of stairs (DANGEROUS) to my room (needed help). 4. A man fell down those SLIPPERY stairs an bruised/broke his ribs. He was lucky that it wasn't his neck or back!! 5. The WiFi didn't work for 2 of the 3 days I was there. 6. Cooking in the kitchen is discouraged (see picture) 7. there is ONE shower for the 3 floors!! 8. It is on a MAIN ROAD and noisy 9. The beds are short 10. it is a LONG way from the center, be prepared to travel a LOT 11. My room is the TINY window at the top of the photo.

It was a kind of average experience not satisfactory.

Location was good. Behaviour of hotel owner was also good.

The hotel owners were coming to the room in a gap of every half and one hour. There was no fan in the room and when I booked the hotel there was showing only two rooms but when I reached there, they were accomodating 4 people in a room.

I felt a bit weird when it comes to the conditions of the house. my room was in the attic where i could not even stand up. Rose is a lovely lady however if you dont speak french, you are quite lost there. The unnecessary early check out is at 10 yet she was already knocking at the door at 9:20am to wake us up.

Clean and cozy place where you feel like home

Rose is a very sweet and caring person, it is a warm and welcoming ambience in the house.. You feel like you are visiting your aunt and not just a hostel. It is situated very close to the metro station. Very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

These days it was so hot outside, that's why the windows were open at night, but it was very noisy, the road is close and there were a lot of cars, even after 1 am(
