    Very well appointed and comfortable cottage in a peaceful setting ideally located foe exploring South Devon.
    Nothing really to complain about although parking is a little tight with 3 spaces for 3 cottages and if one is a little greedy with taking their space it can be a squeeze.

    i think the cottage was over priced if you charge high prices then what you get should be top rate this was not the case showerhead was all loose poor quality quilts head and lumpy light out in main bedroom shower had no shelf to put your soap on and shower was to small to bend and pick it up bed side light was flickering had to fix it my self would have been nice to have acup and saucer as we dont all like to drink from builders mugs a small welcome pack would have been nice

    Good location for what we wanted Really good pub, for food, within walking distance easy access to places of interest. Totnes was interesting . Coleton Fishacre is a very interesting house and lovely gardens
    For the three days we stayed every thing was satisfactory. There were no re cycle bins, this distressed my husband as he likes to recycle. It would be helpful to have a small porch or hooks to hang up wet coats as you come into the property

    Beautiful little cottage
    Beautiful peaceful little cottage, comfy beds, great quality bedding/towels
    Not major but Kitchen could do with a deep clean. Something had been sprayed up the wall and not cleaned, tomato stalk still on the floor. But didn't spoil the lovely space for us.

    Enjoyed quietness, comfortable, especially double bed. Very clean bathrooms and nicely furnished. Good system to protect from Covid virus, linen packing, advice regarding distancing. Key lock gave quiet privacy on arrival. Well equiped kitchen. Nice size tv that fit room, not to big or to small.
    Large stain on carpet in living room, feel an i industrial product would have removed it. No small pick up, hand vaccum or broom, would have been helpful, especially on a longer stay? With a disability with my knees using the dustpan would not be a possibility. An itinery of what was available in the kitchen would have been useful, bought washing up liquid, cloths etc But not cling film, foil or kitchen roll would have come in useful.
