Good hotel, only 12 minute walk away from the Middle Corniche.

Reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were roomy and the bed was very large. The swimming pool was quiet and open from 9am - 6pm and whilst relatively small, it was good for my needs. Breakfast was plentiful and the omelette station made sure breakfast was served fresh/ hot. The area around the hotel looks a bit shabby, with building site at the back, but if youre prepared to walk a few blocks, then the area is very nice. It also feels very safe.

I thought that the bed pillows were too hard and a pillow menu giving guests the choice of pillows would have improved the quality of my sleep. My room was only serviced when I made a point of going to reception and asking them to sort it out. I reported that the clean me light wasnt working, but it was never fixed. In 5 nights, my room was fully serviced on one occasion and on another day, I managed to get my towels changed.

No public transport links to hotel. Taxi s quite hard to book. Hotel was really helpful trying to pick taxis up for us

Comfy bed, friendly staff and clean facilities. The manager is so great, I was feeling sick and she drove me to the nearby pharmacy to get medicine!! TVs could be better but overall a good and comfortable place to stay and location is great and central for all things to do and see. Loved it here.

Very impressive Hotel with very good location near to Jeddah Al Hamra Corniche

Location, Reception Staff, Restaurant Staff and Housekeeping Staff. Good Gym with swimming pool.
