Bad staff and manager behaviour

Very bad staff behaviour my spouse and friends are not with the service speacially cleaness. They provide dirty blanket covers and bedsheets and they will blame you for that. "Leirs" not recommended

Superb

This was our first stay at the RBI Hotel in Puri. The location is good, near the beach. The food is good value for money. The rooms are spacious and well looked after as far as cleanliness is concerned. Most of the staff are very very helpful and go out of their way to help solving your issues. Facilities are good and the newishness of this hotel is very appealing. We would consider coming back to this hotel in the future if and when necessary.
