    The single room was large as was the bathroom. Exceptional breakfast, freshly cooked and a wide choice. Perfect location - minutes from beach and town. All staff were cheerful and polite

    Breakfast was lovely, very tasty and a good choice. Staff were brilliant and always had a smile. Room was very comfortable, good amount of space. A great stay, thank you
    The landing carpets have seen better days, but that's to be expected , especially if people are coming out of 1812 with sticky shoes.

    A very nice stay right in the heart of Bournemouth. We went for the Xmas market and lights trail .
    Location excellent right near the sea front and a few minutes from the town, shops, Xmas market and Xmas lights and restaurants. Secure gated Car parking available at hotel on a first come basis and only 8 per day. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order.
    We had no hot water for a shower . The hotel did look into it when we mentioned it after the first night but unfortunately it wasnt sorted out whilst we were there. Also we couldnt get many stations on the tv.
