    Fabulous Christmas stay in a great resort with great restaurants and bars
    Perfect location, clean, modern and stylish - quiet yet close enough to walk into town. Staff were lovely and helpful
    Swimming pool and jacuzzi water was very cold!

    One of the best relaxing holidays in luxurious surroundings
    The suite was Lush and the views were breathtaking. All staff from Front desk to restaurant to housekeeping were friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a luxurious relaxing peaceful holiday and in walking distance to restaurants and amenities with a short ride from the airport. I would highly recommend it. What you see online is what you get and more
    The hotel is rated a 4 star it is definitely a 5 star standard

    Great location, spotlessly clean, fabulous balcony
    Couple of very minor things, no hand soap in bathroom and breakfast was a bit variable ( sometimes food was replenished others it wasnt and they ran short of plates if you were down late)

    The hotel has a lovely exo-skeleton. Physically, its lovely. The failings are internal, and they were enough to turn us
    It was small, kid-free, quiet, lovely setting, big rooms, great views.
    375+ Per night and we were hit with ridiculous charges like 2 per coffee in the rooms wet bar, 5E for a bag of ice. Also, nothing is available at the hotel after 6:30- no cocktails, no peanuts, no food, nada.

    Very clean and peaceful throughout
    Ideally would be nice for the bar to open until at least 20:00 to have an early evening drink. Would also be good to be provided with a list of charges - only a small thing but the bottle of water that was replaced each day was then charged at 2 each. Would be nice for this to be noted somewhere. Lunch menu could be more varied.

    Magnificent views, fantastic service all round
    Amazing views. Very spacious room and bathroom. Looks far better than photos give it justice for. Pool was open 24/7 so was even able to have a dip past midnight if need be. The breakfast is amazing with the option of a buffet or set menu. Though you can ask for extras even if they dont have it on the menu ( for example baked beans can be ordered separately even though its not on the menu)
    Lack of room service but honestly its a non-issue unless youre heavily used to it. Its not too far to walk and get food from the restaurant downstairs. It does close pretty early though ( 3pm ) so if youre looking for dinner youd need to go elsewhere. But there are a lot of restaurants/eateries around a 10 minute walk away in puerto calero. Even faster if you can drive there.

    Very relaxing breakfast was excellent nice staff very helpful loved the jacuzzi spotlessly clean nice clean towels our room clean and tidy manager was truly helpful will hopefully all well we will be back next year didn't want to go home .n
