    I absolutely loved it. Staff where so kind and helpful.
    Everything then interior. The staff was amazing especially Jonathan he was exceptional.
    The electric sockets next to the bed where not European. Only the ones outside. The breakfast area there should be separate labeled spoons for the food as the same spoons used for the cheese where used for the bacon and cold cuts. But staff was super helpful!

    Fabulous hotel!
    We actually stayed in the sister hotel The Grand Sitea Hotel and we absolutely loved everything! We had a small suite, dressing room beautiful sized room! I wish every city I visited had this hotel!!

    Luxury and convenience at a reasonable price.
    Dont be fooled by the exterior of the Royal Palace Hotel; inside the grey walls is a magnificently updated palace with impressive staircase, frescoes, mosaic floors and spacious accomodation including bathroom and the most comfortable huge bed. A major domo met and indeed anticipated our every need. Plus, situated in the centre of the city we could reach every major sight on foot. I highly recommend this hotel priced most reasonably.

    The location of the hotel is great, very centre. Also, our butler was very nice and very helpful. The room ver spacious and beverages of the mini bar offered free of charge (except champagne).
    Our room was on the street side so very noisy till 1 am in the night as there are 2 restaurants downstairs. Not sure the windows are equipped with double layers of glass. Also, the check-in took place in another location; not too far from the Royal Palace Suites but at this level of price, you are expecting the checkin to take place at the right location.

    The sumptuous suites are in the Royal Palace, a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast is sumptuous and the bistro serves
    We booked a junior suite for our wedding anniversary and reception made it up to a one bedroom suite, which was really appreciated. The suites are stunning and well maintained. With the hotel very close by for breakfast and the most excellent bistro. all to love, nothing to dislike.
    there is nothing to dislike. Staff are professional, yet caring. Maybe some milk in the suites for those of us non-Italians.
