The staff was awesome only, especially in restaurant was very helpful . Value of property is alright , I wouldnt like to stay here next time, 7/11 was about 250 m away is an advantage.

Shower room was without hot water, sofa was with dirty spot, in the all rooms was not enough light, wish to have brighter room.

Paid for early check-in at 11h 30. We requested on last day (we checked out early in the morning) for a place to take shower and change our clothing prior to taking our flight. We were given washroom. We paid for breakfast buffet. On one day, we requested for breakfast pack up as we had to go on a tour early. We were only provided a piece of sandwich per person with pork which we could not eat (and some fruit) : yet we informed a day earlier that we do not eat pork). We complained but was given no feedback although the staff told they would revert. Most of the items in the room (as listed in the website) were either defective or missing.

Very good

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only weakness was that a person in a wheelchair cannot get to the pool because there are many steps and the ramp to the hotel is quite steep.But the staff was always willing to help .

100% will not stay this hotel! Rubbish Hotel.

The room was quite spacious.

1. The location was close to the Airport but quite far from the town area by car. Normally, from the hotel to the central area will take more than 1hr due to very bad traffic. 2. Breakfast is not really good, very basic food. 3. 1 of the receptionists is very impolite and does not really understand what guests want to do, very uncooperative. The main thing is she doesn't understand the English meaning and the situation. I requested my room for a half day extra and will be paid whatever costs because my flight is 2200 hrs (LT). The worst and most ridiculous answer she gave in my life was out of the room and no need money! NO NEED MONEY why still open the hotel? She should said "Sorry, our family room are fully booked for today! Will transfer you to a smaller room for extend the half day, half day costs or whichever costs etc ." I believe the hotel owner and management team didn't professionally train the staff. Because we go to many places for business trips, sometimes flight delays will extend our room or transfer smaller room and pay whatever costs for half day or full day.

Feindly staff, good breakfast. Clean room. Supermarkets nearby. Free shuttle to airport railway link.

Hotel is well located, but the construction at the back is an eyesore.lots of noise even at night.

It was ok, would not come back though

It was big and spacious.

The bathroom, especially the shower!!! The shower head really needed to be replace, barely any water came out. The water took a while to warm up, every time I showered I would always turn the water to max hot and leave it running and once it was hot I would turn it down and it would still be really hot and it only lasts literally 5 mins and cold water!!
