Excellent stay, breakfast and view from the room and restaurant. The pool is clean & the food is good. The best part is the free shuttle to the city centre which takes 6-8 minutes, make sure to book it in advance especially during peak season. The staff at the hotel is service minded. The room was clean and it was facing the pool and city view.

Everything was great. Highly recommend. The staff at reception very friendly and helpful, especially the guy. Very good breakfast, very diversified products and good quality at breakfast, also the Hill Restaurant has very good meals, especially dinner, we also had lunch and dinner. Amazing view from restaurant. Free parking. Breakfast to go for us leaving in the night. The free shuttle to city is a great deal , the drivers are so nice and professional. Nice place at pool. We will be back next year for sure.

Some people put towels on chairs at pool and leave them empty for hours, but is not the hotel fault for this, the staff notice them with a card but no results maybe can find a solution for this ( more chairs for example) it wasnt crowded so it was ok for us.

Best views in Chania!

Maybe the best place to watch sunset in Chania! The breakfast buffet & views were amazing. My bed was comfortable & the shower water was hot. Cant wait to stay here again in the future.

Great

They have free shuttle service to drop and pick up from Chania old town. Avail this facility and avoid driving in narrow, hilly roads. Fantastic view from room. There is a restaurant which gives a great view from its height towards the town and water.

FABULOUS - I WILL KEEP COMING TO STAY HERE WHENEVER I VISIT CHANIA (I AM OF CRETAN ORIGIN)!

Location, view, ALL meals, staff friendliness, amenities, cleanliness, layout of my room, balcony, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor environment, room service, the overall excellent value for money ... and much more. It truly is a FABULOUS hotel with a beautiful setting.

My only minor disappointment was that the receptionist on duty (based upstairs until he walked down for my checkout during the EARLY hours of 14 October) was rather unfriendly - he should follow the example of ALL the other WONDERFUL reception staff who were always incredibly polite and helpful.

Great location for pick up & drop off of hire car. Amazing views. Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Could hear people arriving late at night, although not sure much can be done about that given the layout of the hotel.
