Nice comforts, pleasant staff, great for kids

Huge resort with lots to do. Food was better than expected at the Buffett. The only restaurant we tried was the Italian one. It had decent food but more importantly, a decent, non-stop flow of local red wine.

Im not a fan of all inclusive stays mainly because of the other guests. Many were rude to the staff for little things. We overheard other resort stayers arguing over little things. We were a large group so it was hard to find a decent pool set-up. So many people left their belonging on a group of chairs, claiming them, but werent seen using them. Staff could help regulate this a little more and clean up the chair that had already been used.

The hotel was exceptional and cozy. The food could have a more selection as well as space.

Overall the decor is very nice and peaceful...the hotel itself is immaculate. However the selection of food from the buffet wasn't as nice as other resorts yet I love the resort.

The initial checking in to the resort and how many people I had to be directed to in order to verify my confirmation. I had emails with verification yet the front desk could not accommodate my booking. It was very stressful and made my anxiety level rise. It was an experience I would not wish upon anyone traveling outside of their country.

Exceptional

Everything was great, the whole entrainment crew was funny and always with a good attitude . Front desk crew was always very helpful and with a smile. We're looking forward to stay again at royalton
