Really nice room, large balcony and all very comfortable. Hotel itself was very impressive/grand and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Shop on site very useful and child friendly. Good breakfast. Nice big pool though we went in August so it was extremely busy.
A complimentary tea bag/coffee pod and water in the room would've been nice and welcoming. Good selection of food for dinner but would've been nice to have a 1-2 more child-friendly options like fresh pizza made on site. A little far for kids to walk to the beach. Most of the sunbeds were covered with towels from early in the morning.

Spacious rooms, really clean. Staff were great! Always some activities going on throughout the day! Great size pool.
Gym was poor and you had to pay. No coffee/tea facilities at lunch/dinner time in main restaurant. I have no idea why? Gluten free options were poor!
