The marketing puts too much focus on the sharing pool area but the living shell is very basic. And they really have to solve the mosquitos problem - no one wants to spend 100 snacking around mosquitoes lol

We loved Corsica and this villa arrangement suited us perfectly.
Gorgeous location in general with views over Bonifacio and the sea. The pool area is gorgeous. Delicious welcome drink on arrival. Very nice staff and gardens well cared for. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.
The wifi was very slow. There was no air conditioning in the 3rd bedroom but we did ask for a fan and were promptly given a very good one. The shower room in Villa 10 is a little on the small side. Rooms could be improved with more hooks and a chair to put things on. Sofa cushions look nice but are very scratchy to lean on.

The pool and bar area
You may be able to walk into town but it would be risky to try and walk up in the dark along the steep rocky path. On one occasion we could not get a cab back but fortunately the owner drove down and picked us up.

We cant wait to return but next time for longer. We feel we could easily stay 2 weeks and use as a base to explore more
stunning quiet private location with exceptional outlook. The construction and fit out of the facility is excellent. The service team were all friendly helpful and efficient. The infinity pool is better than the photos on line.

Fabulous break at Residence Terra Marina. Exceptional location!
it was very well located. the facilities were amazing and the villa very well equipped for cooking and have a nice rest with a lovely terrace. the view over Bonifacio is just exceptional with fantastic sunsets and sunrises.
we stayed in a villa for 5 days and whilst it is very clear that you have to pay extra for cleaning and getting your bed sheets changed, there was nothing inside the villa to just brush the floor or get basic cleaning ourselves. the other issue is that the shower is very small and that there is no mat to put on the floor when you come out of the shower making the floor somehow dirty.

Fantastic location.
No welcome bag, nor a small bottle of water at check-in. I think it's a small and unexpensive attention for the guests, especially when I paid more than 1700euros for 4 nights.
