Great Option for a Family or Group Stay

The house is fantastic, and has everything you need for a group or family. The cleaners came in every day to clean up and replenished us with plenty of bottled water each day. Very quiet area of Patong at night, but still plenty of places to eat, drink, get a coffee, and a supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. Two convenience stores within 100 metres to get most of what you will need.

I have been to Patong many times, so I knew the exact area of where we were going to be staying, but when you stay here you will need to realise that you are a good 10-15 minutes walk from the main town and beach area of Patong. There is a Mini van / Tuk Tuk stand 100 metres down the road though to take you anywhere you want to go, but they will charge you 200 baht just go anywhere in Patong.

Good location Spacious house Fast internet Each room has it's own TV Nice and comfortable bed Air-con very good Housekeeper came everyday to clean the house and empty the rubbish The owner very responsive and helpful

Swimming pool has too much chlorine The drain in the bathroom is smelly however I notice this is very common in Asia Countries

Beautiful stay to enjoy the Phuket

We really enjoyed the stay at home. we have travelled with my parents and the house was so comfortable and very near to all amenities. 24hrs market and we found very good travel agent (Diamond sea--) to book all our tours and she is so supportive although we booked some of the tours online.

Master bed room found little smellly .

housekeepers are angels and so sweet, they made our stay comfortable by cleaning the house every day (which you can opt out of). facilities like the pool and pool table were well maintained. huge tv in every room and aircon works well too.

certain amenities could be improved. eg they only provided towels up front and there werent any toothbrushes (we didnt try asking because most of us brought our own disposable toothbrushes and the rest went to purchase), the soaps provided were also subpar so we ended up buying our own soap as well.

Place and location was great. Only problem was the sewage.

The housekeeper was great. Everything looked like the picture.

There was sewage smell coming out of the bathrooms and the smell travelled to the rooms which was hard to sleep with. I wouldnt stay here again for that reason only. If the sewage system is dealt with I would stay here again.
