Usually a good place to stay but with limitations that could easily be addressed.

The location is terrific in terms of being able to access the city and other locations. The staff are always friendly and try very hard to provide the best possible service to clients. Guest facilities are generally quiet. Availability of pool. Excellent buffet breakfast in keeping with other hotels of this caliber. The welcome pack that was provided to us was a nice touch.

Cutting costs by not providing bars of soap in the bathroom and ridiculously poor quality toilet paper. Bought our own from nearby convenience store. Room prices were over the top even understanding the time of year--on the verge of price gouging. Erratic restaurant hours and limited availability of meals were disappointing.

Clean & comfortable rooms but that's where it ends.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. Especially when utilising the local bus services to go in and out of the city.

Don't expect to use pool or gym facilities. We had a terrible experience on our first day. Checked in about 2.30pm and within the first 30min after that, our access cards were re programmed once and then replaced on a second attempt due to playing up and not letting us get access in the lifts. But then things really got strange. At about 8pm i went out to grab some snacks for the wife and kids. As i got out of the lift on my way to my room, i noticed a couple with their young child walking by but as i approached my room door, the gentleman comes back towards me and asks, is that your room? I said Yes. He replied with, i just entered that room with my access cards only to realise your family was in the room. And was very apologetic about it. So we both went to the front desk to let them know about this terrible experience . They did not seem to understand the potential impacts of what had just happened. Until i had told them that my family was terrified (received a text while on my way down explaining the situation )when a stranger had walked into their room. Then they had realised that something worse could have happened and apologised.
