Pleasant

Was OK, but won't book again.

It was pretty close to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, about 15 to 20 minute walk. The bed and pillows were comfy.

I wasn't particularly keen on the room we had, not even sure it was what we booked as some of the things that were listed on booking.com, weren't actually in the room The room was, I suppose, clean enough, although when we moved the table to plug the adapter in, there was quite a bit of dust there. The vent in the bathroom was also nearly clogged with dust and one of the tiles in the bathroom was broken! I had to ask twice for milk to be brought to the room and extra towels too, as 2 towels in a room is not enough! The bar closed at 9.30pm

Location was good and walking distance to main attractions. Bed was comfortable. Zane the concierge was very helpful.

Some reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We booked a room for 3 people and was provided just one king size bed. We had to pay a daily rate for an initial single bed which should have been proactively explained prior to us checking in. The room was only equipped with only two towels and two cups and one spoon until we requested more.

Spacious and clean room!

Room was very spacious and location of hotel was well situated. Convenient to get around and there's a big supermarket just beside the hotel

Bed was too soft, not very good back support. We could still hear loud music from the pub? downstairs till around 1am.
