Staff was friendly and nice; its a shame that I had an awful experience.

24h fruit supply is quite nice. Staff was very friendly and lended me an umbrella to go out for food when its raining heavily.

Cleanness - I was awakened during midnight (~3am) due to a bite on my finger; then shocked by a cockroach running on my pillow and sheet. What a nightmare!! I had to wake up the hotel staff asking for help. Luckily, theres another room available as a substitute (although the hot water in bathroom was not working quite well...) The next day when I asked, the hotel staff was not sure about the reason for the bug and said that never happened before. However, Id never visit the same B&B again. Other than that, the price I paid for the nights was not cheap. I changed to another hotel also located in old city with modern and much cleaner facilities with less costs. Overall, not recommend.

The perfect base for Chiang Mai.

Sabuy is so peaceful tou instantly feel relaxed. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but walking distance to everything. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The owner is a lovely man who can't do enough for you.

Nothing, it's the perfect base to explore Chiang Mai.
