    Stay wasnt pleasant for us.
    It was clean & had good tech.
    I did think the room was quite small for the price. I did ask for WiFi, said code was on the desk but wasnt. Also advertised online it had a rooftop terrace but failed to mention it was in the penthouse suite. Was not soundproof so could hear people in the hallways also & did keep us up. Also we didnt realise it went past our checkout time, we was getting changed & staff knocked once then walked into our room while we was indecent & took our keycard out of the wall so was without electricity.

    Absolutely Fantastic Service
    Absolutely fantastic customer service. Cannot fault the service nor the hotel in general. Niraj and Ali made our stay very welcoming, with an upgrade on our room also. Will definitely be returning.
    The only thing would be the iron, the iron was awful, but literally other than that, everything was perfect!

    Location of hotel, the look and feel and presentation very good . The fact the reception area very good and nicely presented ,with a Christmas tree as well. Hotel room simple and clean , shower very large and floor level.
    No additional bedding like another duvet , as it was chilly in our room. I should have asked but found using the digital heating system complex with no instructions to hand. So that was my fault but something next to the unit explains usage would be good. Light in the bathroom needs to be subdued as it was to bright when using the toilet.

    All the staff were super friendly except for the woman that was there for my check out around 7 am. She had airpods on, I found that really rude. I worked at the reception before, I know it can get a little boring sometimes but posture, and how you show up to people means a lot.

    Comfortable bed, simple but everlasting you needed. Restaurant below was very convenient and lovely staff.

    On the website, the rooms looked a bit bigger and toilet seat space between the walls. I could not fit really small, which made me not comfortable taking number 2 .
