Unpack put your feet up and relax lovely place to stay

Everything was perfect I wish i was able to stay longer as soon as you walked in it felt warm and homely fresh and clean perfect I had my great granddaughter aged 9 with me she was very happy with the choice of DVDs.

If I have to then the only thing that I would say the loo seat moves when you sit on it apart from that nothing

This is a comfortable and welcoming place for travellers.

This was perfect holiday accommodation for a couple. It was stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean. We were welcomed with lots of little extra touches, like milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries and even dressing gowns. It has a small but very comfortable lounge and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, and includes condiments and every possible tool for cooking, if you are so inclined. It has easy parking st the premises and travel to zBrighton, Eastbourne etc is very accessible. It is a short walk to shops and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay with a few minor problems, nice and clean with a very comfortable bed.

Clean & good facilities. Very comfy bed.

Key safe almost impossible to open, spring broken inside. TV old and kept going off, smart tv tiny and didnt work until I changed the batteries (terminal corroded in remote), toilet seat loose.

We wanted for nothing in Vals topnotch holiday accommodation!

Comfortable, spick and span, private, super quiet and in a brilliant location! Buses run along the coast road and take you to Brighton in the west and Eastbourne in the east and everywhere in between from the end of the road!

The size of the rooms, facilities in the kitchen with breakfast options, mirror and dressing table, good size bathroom with towels and shower gel and comfy bed. Also the TV in the bedroom having a firestick with access to netflix was great!

We could only access one channel on the living room TV.
