Enjoyed our stay bcz of company not villa

Not happy with the property . No Ac in common areas , too many rules n regulations, cant order outside food

Good

Good location, good staff but bad experience of continuous power failure!

The property is nice and so is the staff.. the food cooked by the Chef was tasty and homely.

There was a persistent problem of electricity failure. The inverter in the property served very few connections. These kind of facilities should have round the clock gen sets to cater a comfortable and great stay experience. The current policy of saffronstays for chargeable basis for use of Genset definitely needs to be relooked.

Good

Overall stay was good.

Staff was excellent. Looked after us really well. Food was also good.

Very frequent power outages. Too many flies. Not very pleased with the Policies of SaffronStay. There was too much variance between what was available on Booking.com and what they shared with us before commencing our stay. Policies seem too rigid. We are going on a holiday. Not happy with Rs 500 Cash handling charge for food cash payments done at the property.
