Stellar location and top level service and facilities. Can't go wrong with this one.

Extremely well located a 5 min walk from Kyoto station. Free drink and coffee every day. Free laundry and drying machines. Next to 7-Eleven. Little concert and nights and warm in winter. Spa, gym and massage chairs. Can't go wrong with this one.

This place has everything!

This place has everything! - excellent location close to the train station - for those who are keen to explore Kyoto and neighbouring cities (Nara, Osaka) - polite helpful staff, everyone had a decent level of English - amazing breakfast, free welcome drinks every night, and also simply the best kobe meat at the restaurant (and surprisingly affordable!) - modern clean rooms with a balcony - nice cosy reception, where you can also make free coffee (it's delicious!), onsen, laundry Just a heads-up that it is a bit pricey, but I would say it's worth it. We really didn't want to leave!

Great value for money, awesome staff & location & breakfast

Breakfast was really nice. Room was also very spacious and comfortable! The facilities were all great and really enjoyed the live music & welcome drinks. The atmosphere was also unique and staff were all really helpful

The pillows provided were a bit too small, would have appreciated a slightly bigger one. Gym facility was disappointing due to the small size.

Great stay!

Lovely staff and great big rooms. We stayed in the Deluxe King and it was very comfortable and clean. Welcome drinks and free offering of tea/coffee in the main terrace area was much appreciated and delicious. Didnt make it to the onsen as we were too busy exploring but would love to try next time! Would recommend and stay again.

From a functional standpoint, some extra shelving in the bathroom for toiletries would be useful but otherwise great
