Very poor

Extremally disappointing, a far cry from the pictures

The staff very very friendly and did their best to help. The bed linen and towels were clean and changed daily. The restaurant is nice although somewhat over priced compared to others on the beach. Being close to the beach was both a positive and negative. As the accommodation lacked any form of sound proofing the loud music from the beach at night kept you awake.

The noisy poor functioning air conditioning. The lack of sound proofing so you could hear guests in other rooms very clearly. The loud water pump making it very difficult to sleep. The damp smell in the room and bathroom (and in the case of my daughters' room a sewage smell in the bathroom). The paint flaking off the ceilings. The large gap under the front door allowing mosquitos to come in. I got so badly bitten in this room. I felt sorry for the staff who really did try their best but they are dealing with substandard accommodation.

Great location next to beautiful beach. Great value for money.

Location on the beach and super clean and comfortable.

My room lacked privacy so had to keep curtains closed and therefore no daylight.

Amazing location, friendly staff, restaurant is awesome, and restaurant staff is very hardworking and nice , breakfast is wow,I really enjoyed it.

AC wasnt working properly, it was hard to sleep with high humidity inside the room and heat even ac was on maximum.

The hotel was close to the beach with easy access and my room was clean in general.

At night I could hear drilling and banging noises which went on until 2am in the morning and during the day there was a beeping noise followed by an announcement. Things were broken e.g paint come off the ceiling, no back in the tv remove, chipped mugs and the stairs up to my room looked like paint had been spilled all over them. On the booking it said there was a safety deposit box in the room which there wasnt and despite the shower being turned to hot it was freezing cold. Overall felt like the pictures on the website are quite misleading!

Great hotel on the beach in Mirissa!

Great location right on the beach! The room was very clean and comfortable, had a nice balcony and theres good Wi-Fi in the hotel. The staff was super friendly, they offer very quick laundry services and the breakfast was great.
