    This is the first time I went to hotel 5 stars and there was no iron in the room and when we call the reception they said that we have to pay for it I didnt face a service like this even in 3 star hotel And also we call the room service to order the food the receptionist said that she is busy now !!!!! After we complained she called us back and bring the food

    Fantastic! Best hotel in Zell Am See
    Great hotel. They call it the house. And they welcome you with open arms. Loved the staff, very friendly. The house is comfy and intimate almost. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Everything was great.
    Limited menu for room service and also limited resturant dinner options
