The closeness to restaurants and tourists spots

The restaurant servers werent the friendliest people. Their attitude depended on how they felt that day! Sometimes nice sometimes rude.

On the cliffs decent pool close to 7 mile beach.

The food was just ok. Small menu bathroom a little nasty and door would not open all the way. Place was probably great back in the day but it is in dire need of some upgrades. However it was cheap. And not all tht bad overall.

Great value for money

The warm, friendly, courteous staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were not in want and that we were comfortable. We liked the variety offered at breakfast - both Jamaican and international options were available. Even though the hotel is right on West End Rd, once inside the property, we hardly heard any noise from the outside. It was the perfect little cocoon

I think they should spruce up the outside walls and the face of the property a little.

Nice views of the sunset and close to some fun attractions. The majority of the staff were friendly and would go out of their way to help you.

Does not look at all like the pictures. There is a newer side and an older side. We were placed on the older side. Everything was very dated. It's definitely not worth the money we paid. Maybe the newer side is better, I'm not sure. Most of the time, the cliff was blocked off for jumping due to the rough sea. I'm not sure if this was just bad luck weather wise or if this is the usual. The few times my kids jumped, they loved it and wanted to do it more.
