Good for Khaosan Road visits

Room was clean and spacious, easy communication with reception, laundry service available. Area is nice and quiet

Location is so so: close to Khaosan Road but very far from the metro, so check cautiously beforehand which area of Bangkok you want to explore. Room is actually hotter than the outdoors, definitely needs AC

Great!

We only spent one night at this guesthouse but we had a good impression. Facilities were clean, staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast is just perfect for what you pay and fills you up until lunch. Option to leave luggage until the afternoon after check out. Location is great. There's also a massage place nextdoor.

Good place to stay for a few days in BKK

Very nice room for a reasonable price in Bangkok. Good location. Not too close to Kaoh San road so it's quiet, but reachable by walking in a few minutes.

The hostel is located in a quiet street but also in walking distance to everything you need and the night life. The whole hostel has a very nice atmosphere. You can buy water, beer, etc there. The shared bathroom gets cleaned regularly and they made our bed daily.

There is no closet, wardrobe etc in the room so that we ended up spreading our stuff all over the floor...

Working clima and fridge, good location

Apartment has 23 squared meters in description. In real it did not have even 10 meters. We didn't have any place to open our luggage or move in that small room. There was a lot of dust and dirt everywhere (behind historical CRT TV, on furniture, shower). Our room had also broken bed, which was moving to all directions.

Walking distance from main attractions. The room has a private bathroom, the bed is comfy, and they have laundry service. The staff is very helpful and nice.
