The pool is very good sizze but not so clean because of many dead insects and dust filled even after cleaning

If you order in restaurant or for room service for food,it will take around 45 min to 1 hr. If you call for housekeeping to clean your room, it will take 2-3 hours. Outdoor games they have many options including 8-10 bicycles which is very good number but indoor games they have zero options. Only one time visit when you found no options around in puri Television not working and after insist they provide an amazon fire stick which is only 2 in number and running in roster for the whole resort.

Rooms were spacious and Breakfast was good

Rooms were not well cleaned Provided used shop and shampoo Swimming Pool was also not cleaned, seems water is not changed quite some days Food was expensive and quality was average. One cup of Tea was 120 rupees They were not giving drinking water as required Land lines IP phones were not working

Best Resort and staffs are co-opearative.

One of the best resort I have visited so far. Staff members are good and co-opearive. Restaurant Food are good and tasty. Service is very good. I got much more support from floor manager Pabitra all the way. Also he helped to provide accomodation for my driver too. Resort is keep improving for other sports activities My trip was amazing bcz of all those. Please visit this resort if you get chance.
