Superb

It was a good hotel to stay in for 3 or 4 nights.

It was clean and modern, with a swimming pool and was a short drive from Polignano a Mare

Not a lot. Being closer to the town would have been good, but it was an easy drive.

This is a nice hotel but not an extraordinary resort

This is a nice hotel with a very nice staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was good but not extraordinary. The shower was very poorly designed and easily flooded the bathroom. It was very quiet, apparently the hotel was sold out but we saw almost no other guests. It is about an 8 minute Tuk Tuk ride from town, which they charge $35 euro per round trip for (seems expensive and there don't seem to be taxis). If you don't mind the fee, it's pretty easy.

Not 4 star standard. Poor value and poor experience. Too many things that are not right

Great breakfast. Lovely staff at breakfast and lunch. Very friendly and helpful. Large, very nice pool. Very well organised and equipped pool area. Food at the restaurant is good and fairly priced given the environment. Thats about it.

One of the staff at reception was incredibly rude and unpleasant and seemed bent on making everything difficult. I have rarely had such a bad experience. The rooms are expensive but small and nowhere near 4 star standard. Furniture is incredibly basic. We had booked interconnecting rooms. There were no cupboard whatsoever for our clothes in one of the room. Not a single chair in either, nothing that looks like a desk, just a narrow shelf , incredibly impractical, and not a single non-Italian option on the TV. In addition, they charge up to 15 if you dont bring back your holiday towel every evening. I have never seen that anywhere. They would charge 5 per pool towel if you want to use on the day you check out. Having paid already nearly 1800, I was just amazed how petty this was. All in all, too many things that make the experience poor for what has the potential to be a great place. I have just seen the reply from the hotel. It says it all. Argumentative and not ready to say sorry or try and show some understanding or respect for my point of view. Disappointing.
