    Bar staff pleasant and helpful
    Poor menu. Food very expensive. Reception staff slow in responding when guests come to the desk (they were often on social media). Manner abrupt and sullen. Remote TV control in room faulty. Bar excessively expensive. Bar staff pleasant and helpful. I had to leave early for a flight but no breakfast was made available. District run down.

    Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice, although a lack of english breakfast tea
    The pool was closed, when i booked this hotel i didn't see anywhere that the pool was closed and after a day sight seeing in 30' a swim in the pool was something we looked forward to, very, very disappointed and no evidence of maintenance going on

    It was good value but Id hesitate to recommend it
    It was fairly good location as bus stop across the road from it. The staff at reception and bar were very nice and helpful but the breakfast staff were not welcoming at all
    The room was dirty, under the beds were filthy and tiles in shower were dirty

    Large room, breakfast ok, pool ok
    Needs massive update and renovations. Carpet had big stains and smelt musty, the draws in the wardrobe where too narrow to fit on runners, the power socket by the side of the broken and just left there, one window was cracked all the way across, another one has popped its seal and was full on condensation, bed sheets had holes in them. Found the large number of police and cars hanging around slightly off putting

    I expected something else from a 4-star hotel!! Only its outer space is 4 stars and inside the rooms are actually 2 star
    There isnt any Wi-Fi in our room,never ever!!! for 8 days we used our mobile net!!! Unbelievable!!!! Hotel decorations are soooo old And there is always the smell of moisture in rooms! Its not normal and pleasant
