Food in the restaurant

Walls are super thin, can hear most conversations going on, and due to quiet period I think all guests staying were on the same floor so it was very noisy.

We were hier in Oktober 2023. The room was wery clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The supper was gut but a little bit expensive, I think. We have parked on the street near the hotel. It was okay and free. The staff was good (only one waiter during the supper was a little bit strange :-) )

A good stay at Pisa!!

Good staff, helpful & friendly- both at reception and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, cleaned everyday.

Nothing really except you need to use public transport, local buses or taxis to get around as its a bit away from the centre. However, we managed pretty well as buses are frequent and easy to use.

I wont come back here.

Bed and pillow are comfortable, breakfast is great, bathroom looks amazing.

Sink in bathroom was clogged up completely, we arrived late, so when we went to brush teeth water was not going away, so i went to shower to was my face and teeth, but water in shower was smelling bad so i ended up washing my teeth and face in bidet, like a dog. My bad is that i didnt call reception, but wrote them a message. In the morning I went to tell them about the problem and lady at reception blamed me for not calling them, but my problem wasnt that it got clogged up, it happens, the problem was that they gave us a room like that for nearly 300e for a nigh, they knew about that problem before us arriving for sure?!?! Lady who cleaned the bathroom for sure saw it because it was completely clogged up before us arriving, but they didnt care and gave us a room like that. Im giving them more that 1 star because after fighting they gave us breakfast and 10% off. since i was so mad of how they treated us with giving us a room like that, and then treating me like its my fault, I had terrible stay, and will never come back. Location is also bad. Its nowhere near atrractions, so for that insane price I would recommend staying away from this hotel!
