Beautifully restored hotel.

An awful lot of instructions regarding keys and codes. Very confusing when you arrive alone at 9pm in the dark with a car to park. The thermostat said 19 degrees in the room but I was cold. Very strange. A bar menu in the room but not a drink of any type available. A hotel? I was alone at breakfast next morning. The waitress told me I was the last to arrive (an hour before they were finishing) and I really felt like I was keeping her from something more important. In fact she left me to go to a meeting.

Great experience and will be back at some stage

The property was well appointed in a small town with access to local amenities, overall a very good experience and will look to book at another time in the year

The radiator in the bathroom had a water hammer noise during the night but other than that the accommodation was well appointed and comfortable

Great location easy to get to Bergamo.

Staff unfriendly. Took luggage out of the car on arrival, and they just left it in the street in the rain until we returned from parking the car. Instead of bringing it in the lobby. We were in a ZTL area. Breakfast staff surly and unfriendly.. felt like we were an imposition.

Nice rooms, courtyard, parking places two minutes away.

You could have some eggs for breakfast, there was just some pastries and yogurts, if you cant make a scramble on demand, at least some boiled eggs could be a solution

Beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there

The hotel was very beautiful, the parking convenient and the breakfast was good. We weren't aware that there was nobody at reception; so we arrived at the hotel without informing about our arrival time. But someone came quickly to check us in. The room was warm (it was raining and cold when we arrived), big and very pretty. Our stay at the Rocco Hotel was the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed everything!
