AN AMAZING LUXURY EXPERIENCE

Amazing staff, facilities and rooms are of an elite level. The Villa upgrade we received were the best Christmas gift we could have hoped for. The beds were the comfiest we have experienced in all of Bali. Even the additional beds were of a high standard mattress . The Bali zoo experiences were fun and the food provided was delicious

maybe clearer communication leading up to check in and reminder calls about the booked experiences or a written itinerary as it wasnt really explained clearly. But blame can not be singled to anyone its partly our fault too

Beautiful hotel with nice pool, relatively good cleaning, perfect isolation (no insects or gekons in the room), good bed and pillows. Unlimited access to the zoo.

Breakfast was poor. To be honest, I had an opportunity to stay in 3 star hotels with better breakfast than this.

Lovely stay with an excellent service for me and my family! We will definitely come back.

Its quiet and still traditional people around. Far away from busyness. I loved the place because all you hear is nature, water, birds. Feels like home to me!

A bit far to get anywhere, but it doesnt matter transportation everywhere.

Great In-Zoo Hotel experience!

We loved that you get a free pass into the zoo whenever and however many times you'd like. We came with our toddler who is animal obsessed and it was great. The zoo is also broken up into 2 areas which makes it much more doable when you can't finish it in a day or don't want to rush. The hotel restaurant has a singular Cassowary which is quite the draw with the kids. The spa is also very peaceful and still secluded even though its within the compound.

The staff aren't very communicative, or at least they struggle to. They also don't have a kids menu and the kitchen and front desk seem to have a disconnect. I wrote down my allergies upon checking in as I was instructed to, and when I had ordered something with my allergy, there was no call back to let me know regarding the ingredients or if i would've liked to change my choice (thankfully i had brought my medication with me.) My biggest sadness is that they've got the customer service smiles, but they're lacking a natural warmth and initiative. But other than that, it was a good visit!

Superb

Excellent location right next to bali zoo, 2 minute walk. Spot clean, modern accomodation with a touch of balinese culture. Great food at the restaurant.

As this place positions itself as family friendly, it was a surprise that they onlynhave two baby chairs in the restaurant. Stayed there during the weekend with at least 10 small children on premises, and during busy time at breakfast and dinner had to feed my kid on thr laps. Don't think it's too expensive to invest in extra chairs to make it more convenient to the guests. Also the breakfast selection was quite limited, nearby breakfast with orangutan at the zoo was way better.
