    Enjoyed our short stay and love the area!
    Clean and well organized. Beautiful ocean and sunrise view.
    Restricted and conflicting check in / out policies between the property and booking.com. All requests were accepted and approved during booking but later denied or not accommodated by property. Tub shower water was scolding hot at night and cold only in the morning.

    Room service on the final day of stay did not clean pretty much anything besides just making the bed. Bathroom was really small which was a little inconvenient specially while trying to bathe a 2 year old.

    Not as advertised!
    The property was illustrated on booking.com website as right at the cove surfing beach. This vacation would have enabled my 3 kids and i to walk with our surboards, to and from the beach in the am and pm. In actuality, it was much further, necessitating my driving them to and from each day twice and having to bike back to watch, given the lack of parking. It was $3K wasted, which neither booking.com nor the hotel would take accountability for; despite my being able to prove they advertised it wrong. Very dissapointing!!

    Perfect!
    Everything was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. Full kitchen with even a dishwasher. Also washer and dryer was a good surprise. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony with a killer view. Will definitely book again.
    Nothing to dislike. As I said it was perfect
