    Service was exceptional. Staff engaged with an appropriate amount of familiarity and also respected my space. Breakfast option is fantastic and served in a personal manner. Pool area is fantastic and positioned perfectly. I could would readily stay here again.
    Pool water was a little off colour during my visit but was clean nevertheless.

    Santorini's Balcony is fab.
    The location and all the staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. It was peaceful and so beautiful.
    Only no coffee machine in the room but that had no effect on the wonderful hotel really as such a small point.

    Wonderful 2 days
    The breakfast was great. My wife especially liked the warm milk with her coffee. Location for us was great. Not too far from places to eat. Very quiet with great sunsets.
    My wife thought the bathrooms could have been nicer. I disagree. The property is older than others on the island but the owner was great and treated you like family.

    Relaxed out of town hotel with caldera view
    Wonderful views over the caldera, right on the footpath from Fira to Oia. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Spacious room with seating area. Very pleasant staff.
    View of the caldera from our terrace was over two adjoining terraces with no privacy. It's a long walk uphill to restaurants in the dark (apart from Tasos old-style Taverna next door). No buses into town.

    The Santorini's Balcony was amazing with a fantastic team.
    We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip. The manager Anthony made us most welcome from start to finish, we would also like to mention the wonderful and friendly staff who made our delicious breakfast ever morning Ali, Stavros,Savos and Joulie. This hotel has the most amazing views and sunsets, in my opinion this hotel is a must.

    Great views /great breakfast/great staff but property is not up to par and not worth the money paid.
    Exceptional views- good location! Stavros is the star of this property! Excellent service, and super friendly and kind.
    Property needs a major facelift. Rooms not clean. (Dirt on counters and floors were not washed)Missing amenities like coffee/tea in the room. Did not get the room we were supposed to get - had to move and take up a day of our holiday. Owner did provide us with a bottle of Prosecco in the room when we moved which was very nice and we appreciated it. Breakfast was excellent - a La carte. Not sure about the pool - lots of green moss - didnt feel comfortable swimming in it.

    The hotel's location on the hiking trail from Fira to Oia was beautiful.You can see the sunset that all visitors to Santorini want to see from the hotel .The private swimming pool is beautiful and the water is warm in September. Thank you to the hotel staff, Salib and Ali, who are most wonderful
    The room is not clean as it should be. The bathroom is small. The swimming pool water is very cold. I booked a room with a sea view, but they gave me a room that did not have a sea view at all. Overall, for the price of the hotel, it is not worth this price at all
