Very good

Great view, spacious and comfortable rooms with tasteful furniture. Tranquil location.

The property was inaccessible by car due to a road construction. It would have been great to receive this information beforehand. Breakfast buffet could have more European options, as well as options for vegetarians.

Beautiful setting, but far out and no spa

Very nice hotel. Beautiful setting and scenery. A great place to stay as long as you want to be out of the town centre and don't mind the lack of spa facilities.

We stayed here because we heard sapa town was not very nice and so we wanted to be on the outskirts. However when we arrived, we actually realised we quite liked Sapa town, so we would probably stay closer to the centre if we came back. We also felt that for the price there were other hotels that offered better facilities, especially spa facilities which were lacking here. In particular the outdoor pool, though very scenic, is unheated and so completely useless in the cool weather this time of year.

Everything Not very far from sapa town, walking distance to town, approximately 10 - 13 minutes, depending on how fast your pace is. Close to cat cat village

Bed was little hard but it was kind of comfy..

Nice. Wouldnt bother staying again.

View was beautiful, Netflix in room.

Its overpriced and impersonal compared to other places we have stayed. Staff tried to overcharge us for food we ordered and admitted the mistake and made us pay $102k to replace a chipped mug which we knew nothing about. Poor service ruined the beautiful view - and were pretty chilled customers.
