    Lovely staff and clean room
    We booked this as a stopover room after our Fanispan hike and before our 11pm sleeper/night bus, so we technically only needed the room for a few hours. It had everything we needed, nice hot shower and comfortable bed. We were able to get our taxi to drop off our luggage there and it was waiting. Everything was clean and similar to photos. Balcony overlooked the central town. Location was GREAT - we wanted to be in the city since we only had a few hours. Rooms are a bit older but it was clean and easy to find and the management seems really invested in being accommodating. Staff - Mr Loi - was super friendly (probably the friendliest reception that we've encountered). Even though English was sparse so we communicated exclusively over Google Translate. He helped us arrange a lift and was always available. Perfect budget room.

    Was a bit rushed but happy we received much help from the hotel
    The manager was very friendly, helpful and understanding. We arrived 3 hours early at 4 in the morning but he accommodated us promptly and even offered a discount on the surcharge. He was also kind enough to give us recommendations and tips on where to go and see, what the weather of each location was, and was overall very keen to be there to help. Beds and furniture was alright, reliable hot water was a relief. Thanks for one of the best stays Ive had in Vietnam

    central location, kind staff, comfortable room but not the cleanest.
    the staff were very helpful and friendly, we changed our booking the day before we came and it was easy to do, and we appreciated their last minute help and willingness to change our booking to a smaller room and lower cost.
    There was no ventilation in our bathroom so the ceiling was quite mouldy.

    Sapa Elite Hotel - a real gem
    The one who assisted us was the owner's brother and he was very kind and very very accommodating. Language barrier was not a problem even though we used translators but all messages were conveyed clearly. He was very helpful in many ways. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

    great holiday
    Breakfast was great, room was clean, everything was great. I will recommend to friends and everyone. I looked at it on google map before choosing, I also read a few previous reviews, I think there are many incorrect reviews about the hotel. The hotel is too good for the price you have to spend. I think it deserves 5*.
