    The staff were exceptional- helped us with any query or request. The views were amazing - we were upgraded to a balcony room where they were even more stunning. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We could check in early after our night train which was much appreciated.
    It's a shame they were not offering breakfast especially with the large dining space and great views.

    Staff extremely kind and available. Early checkin allowed with no additional fee. So gentle to anticipate the breakfast time on our checkout. We stayed at the 5th floor. The room was ok.
