    The room had a water leak and it was completely the whole journey. I informed the thd property but they only replied thanks for letting me know.
    Location is too far and very rural. Its not very tidy.

    Nice view and vibe . Excellent breakfast. The owner was very helpful.
    There was a plumbing/ leaking pipe problem in our bathroom, so we couldnt use it properly. Our room was right next to the dining room so it was noisy.

    We stayed at Sapas soul for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful! Oanh was a great host, she arranged a car to pick us up at 5 am and drop us off at the bus station and she arranged a 5-hour-trekking with a local guide for us. We forgot some stuff in Hanoi and Oanh helped us out to get everything back. We also had breakfast and dinners at Sapas soul which were delicious. Well come back

    Enjoy it!
    Escaping the busy cities of Vietnam, this was the perfect place to relax. Super friendly staff, delicious meals and a stunning view.
    Take your earplugs with you, for the house is really keen-eared.

    Great breakfast and friendly owner. Nice homestay in sapa. Really liked the heated blanket in bed.
    Animals scurrying in the roof were noisy at times...bring earplugs (for the chickens too)

    I could not recommend Sapa Soul enough. Oanh, her staff and ofcourse her son Voi are beyond welcoming and kind! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met during your stay. I wish I could of stayed longer, the food, views, location everything was amazing! Very thankful that Oanh is willing to open her home to us all wanting to explore SaPa

    The venue was great ! We were quite unlucky with the weather, but once the clouds clear out, we could get an amazing view of sapa. The food at the homestay is great !
    We were a little cold during the night as mentioned is other reviews, the walls are quite thin and not really isolating from outside.

    Beautiful home stay in the heart of the mountains
    The property was very beautiful, incredible views. We spent the whole stay at the property, the food was amazing and the family running the home stay were really friendly and spoke great English. I would recommend the hot pot dinner, it was only 200k pp and the food was delicious! The son of the owner was lots of fun and entertained us the whole time! I recommend doing the walk to the waterfall.

    We had an amazing stay
    We had the most amazing stay. The owner was so good for us. She helped us in every possible way she could and was so kind for us. She was very nice to chat with as well. Our room was very clean, we had a room with private bathroom, which was very nice, but the beds were even better! Beds slept amazing after a long hike, which is a thing that you will for sure do after waking up to the beatiful views that you have during your time in this homestay. Food was very good as well.
